Auto Erb has been based in Merano since 1976. What began as a small workshop today brings Mercedes-Benz service, vehicle sales, bodywork, parts and vehicle purchasing together in one place. On Via Max Valier the workshop, the sales floor and the parts store sit side by side, which keeps routes short and decisions direct.
Our workshop specialises in Mercedes-Benz and works exclusively on that marque. As a Mercedes-Benz Service Partner we maintain and repair to manufacturer specifications: scheduled servicing, brakes, air conditioning, electronics and fault diagnosis. Before any work begins we explain what is necessary and what can wait.
Our vehicle stock is deliberately kept small. Every automobile is inspected, technically prepared and described with a traceable history. That includes a data sheet to take away, an unhurried test drive and a contact you can still reach after the purchase.
Customers come to us from Merano, the Burggrafenamt, the Vinschgau valley, the Passeier valley and the Bolzano area. On request we arrange collection and return of your vehicle so your day can continue.

Yes. As a Mercedes-Benz Service Partner we service to manufacturer specifications and document every job. Your new-vehicle and extended warranties remain intact — you are free to choose your workshop without losing any entitlement.
Which makes does your workshop look after?
Service and repair are offered for Mercedes-Benz only. The specialisation is deliberate: diagnostic equipment, training and parts supply are geared entirely to the marque. In vehicle sales we do also handle selected automobiles from other manufacturers.
How do I book a workshop appointment?

Can I trade in my current vehicle?
Yes. We value your vehicle on site based on condition, mileage, first registration, service history and specification. The trade-in can be offset directly against the purchase; an outright sale is equally possible.
Where is Auto Erb and when are you open?
Via Max Valier 6/8, 39012 Merano, South Tyrol. Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00.
