How a valuation comes about.
A serious valuation is not a number pulled out of the air. It follows from first registration, mileage, specification, service history, the condition of mechanics, body and interior, and current demand for exactly this model.
For a first assessment the key figures and a few photos are enough. The valuation becomes binding once we have seen the car, because condition cannot be judged from a distance. We explain which points raise the value and which lower it.
Whether you sell the car or trade it in makes no difference to the valuation. On a trade-in we offset it directly, combined with finance if you wish.

What is usually still open before selling, trading in or financing.

Do you buy even if I do not buy a car from you?
Yes. Buying and trade-in are two separate routes. You do not have to decide on a replacement vehicle to get a valuation.

What is my car worth?
That can only be said bindingly after we have seen it. For a first indication, first registration, mileage, specification and a few photos via the enquiry form are enough.

Do you handle the re-registration?
We go through the process together, so you know which steps are yours and which we take care of.

Does this work with finance still running?
Yes, that is a common case. Tell us the outstanding balance and the finance provider and we factor it into the valuation.

Do you buy vehicles with defects?
In principle yes. Defects lower the value but do not rule out a purchase. Name them openly, it speeds things up.
