Workshop, bodywork, parts warehouse, Mercedes-Benz service and vehicle sales all sit at one address in Merano. That is deliberate: anyone arranging paint repair, a service and a vehicle valuation separately ends up coordinating three businesses, three appointments and three estimates.
Here it runs through a single job. Whoever takes your car in stays with it until handover and explains what was done and why. Follow-up questions go back to the same person, not to a hotline.
We work exclusively on Mercedes-Benz and to the manufacturer's standards. Where something is outside what we do, we say so plainly and point you to someone who can handle it.

Do I have to call for an appointment?
For workshop and bodywork an appointment makes sense, so that a ramp and time are reserved for your car. For a quick assessment or a parts question you are welcome to drop in.

Do you look after makes other than Mercedes-Benz?
Yes. We are a Mercedes-Benz Service Partner, but we also service and repair vehicles from other manufacturers. For make-specific specialist work we tell you beforehand what we can take on.

Do I get a cost estimate up front?
Yes. After the diagnosis you receive an assessment before any work starts. If something comes up during the job, we call rather than simply carrying on.

Which languages will we be advised in?
German and Italian matter of course, English on request.
