These terms apply to all orders of parts and accessories placed through autoerb.com. Differing terms of the customer apply only where we agree to them in writing.

The presentation of parts in the online store is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing payment you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by e-mail.

Contract languages are German, Italian and English. The contract text is stored by us; the order details reach you with the confirmation and are available in your account under “Your orders”.

All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.

We ship within Italy and to the countries of the European Union. Shipping costs are 25.00 euro; from an order value of 200.00 euro delivery is free. Collection at our store in Merano is free of charge.

Handling time is normally zero to one working day, transit one to three working days. These are typical values, not guaranteed dates. If a delivery is materially delayed we contact you without being asked.

Stock is updated continuously. Should a part no longer be available despite being shown, we inform you without delay and refund any payment in full.

Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The methods shown during checkout are available. Card details are processed solely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

The goods remain our property until payment in full.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details are set out in the withdrawal notice, which forms part of these terms. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Anyone providing a VAT number during checkout enters into the contract in the course of a trade, business or profession. In that case there is no right of withdrawal.

A statutory guarantee of twenty-four months from delivery applies; details under returns and guarantee. For orders placed in the course of business, the rules for commercial sales apply.

We owe delivery of the part ordered, not its suitability for a particular vehicle, unless the vehicle details were given to us before the order. If you give us your vehicle identification number, we check the fit and stand behind that information.

We are liable without limit for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under product liability law, is unaffected.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Italian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for consumers is their domicile; otherwise Bolzano.
