Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you acquire possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. Supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer are excluded.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged a fee as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. No cost arises if you hand them in at our store in Merano.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Inspect a part as you would in a shop. Fitting it to a vehicle, painting it or coding an electronic component goes beyond such inspection. For a control unit coded to a vehicle, the loss in value normally equals the full value of the item, because it can no longer be resold.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Nor does the right of withdrawal apply where you enter into the contract in the course of a trade, business or profession. What is decisive is whether you provide a VAT number during payment. The statutory guarantee of conformity is unaffected.
